Meatballs with music at Primo Piatto in Huntington

I was deep into some fine Margherita pizza at Primo Piatto Restaurant in Huntington when I recognized a distinctly Italian voice on the restaurant’s soundtrack.
For some time, I’d been picking up on that same voice — heard mostly at better, more interesting Italian dining spots, places that generally bypass the cliche Frank Sinatra-Dean Martin-Jerry Vale mix. Some time back, I’d dubbed the mystery Italian singer Nasal Man, for a salient quality in his voice. Thanks to the Sound Hound app on my iPhone, I learned that he's actually a prominent Italian pop star, Eros Ramazzotti. (Listen to him online; his vocals will surely bring back some fond restaurant memories).
Another Ramazzotti number was playing while I forked into some well-sauced al dente spaghetti and meatballs, a dish I was sharing with my dining companion. Since the large portion had been considerately pre-divided in the kitchen, each of us got a single meatball — almost too big to finish, yet way too good not to.
