Mirabelle in Stony Brook: French Fridays

The four-star stop in the Three Village Inn has inaugurated "French Fridays," which translates into a three-course French supper for $39 per person, plus tax and tip. It's available from 6 to 9 p.m.
This Friday's menu includes white bean soup with foie gras, a choice of bouillabaisse or steak frites, and either goat-cheese cheesecake, sorbets or tarte Tatin.
For the contrarians, Reuge also offers a Caesar salad and a wild mushroom risotto. Maybe that's because it's the Ides of March.
