Mom deserves to be celebrated, and restaurants across Long Island are offering all kinds of specials — some with cocktails, others with caviar — all of which can get expensive. At these five restaurants, which run from Italian to Greek to Mexican and cover everything from breakfast standards to hearty sandwiches, two- and three-course prix fixe menus help make celebrating our mothers a little easier on the wallet with prices, before tax and gratuity, set at $50 or below.

The Hampton Maid

259 East Montauk Hwy., Hampton Bays

For those headed out East this weekend, The Hampton Maid in Hampton Bays is celebrating with a brunch prix fixe menu. Menu options include juice or fruit, choice of entree, plus coffee or tea. Sample dishes include traditional eggs Benedict — which can be topped with smoked salmon — wild mushroom or Cheddar omelets with toast and home fries, as well as lemon ricotta or blueberry pancakes. If you’re looking for something more substantial, a grilled filet mignon and eggs (+$15) round out the offerings. Kids can choose from scrambled eggs, pancakes or French toast.

More info: $50 per adult, $20 per child, plus tax and gratuity. Available 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations suggested. 631-728-4166, hamptonmaid.com

For fans of unlimited brunch cocktails, Zuzu in Farmingdale, one of the town’s many pizzerias, is honoring mothers with a two-course special that includes unlimited Aperol spritzes, mimosas, Bloody Marys, as well as coffee and tea. The four starters include whipped ricotta with white truffle lavender honey alongside pizzetta, mozzarella and tomato Caprese, a wild arugula, tomato and Parmesan salad, or arancini with a red pepper aioli. Main dishes are well represented with more than 15 selections from breakfast-based plates like a country frittata and Nutella French toast, to lunch choices including a meatball sandwich with garlic Parmesan fries, a chopped chicken salad with Caesar dressing, and of course, a Margherita pizza.

Ruta Oaxaca

30 E. Main St., Patchogue

8025 Jericho Tpke., Woodbury

If you’re feeling like extending Cinco de Mayo through the weekend, we suggest you take Mom to one of Ruta Oaxaca’s two festive locations. For a mere $30, guests can enjoy an appetizer, entree and a classic or frozen margarita (+$2 for additional flavoring), and if you’ve been to either Ruta, you know their portions are generous. Start with a garden salad, queso fundido with chorizo or chicken buñuelos with a Oaxacan mole sauce. Move onto huevos rancheros, quesadillas, mixed tacos (choice of three), enchiladas mole, or chipotle marinated grilled shrimp with pineapple salsa. Just want a sandwich? Try a torta, here offered with a choice of steak, chorizo, shrimp, al pastor (pork), and chicken. Add-on desserts can be had for $6. Both locations will offer live mariachi music from 2 to 4 p.m.

More info: $30 for adults, kids under 10, $15, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations suggested. rutaoaxaca.com, 516-515-9620 (Woodbury); 631-569-2233 (Patchogue)

Longtime restaurants in Greenlawn and Port Jefferson — open since 2001 and 2006, respectively — Ruvo is offering specials for mamas at both locations with three-course brunches. Choose between tomato bisque, a house salad, potato skins stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese and sour cream, and a ricotta and prosciutto flatbread to start. For mains, there's avocado toast topped with eggs and bacon, French toast, steak and eggs, or spinach and Western-style omelets. Different from most of the other menus on this list, this one includes dessert. Selections include tiramisu, a flourless peanut butter chocolate cake and assorted gelato and sorbet.

Skára Taverna

75 Hillside Ave., Williston Park

Meaning "grill" in Greek, this relative newcomer to the Nassau dining scene is offering the most affordable menu on this list for a cocktail, entree and dessert. Try the Tsoureki French toast, made with traditional Greek Easter bread, or if you prefer eggs, there’s a Benedict, avocado toast with poached egg, and a Greek omelet. Less brunch, more lunch, you say? There's a burger on brioche and a Greek salad. For dessert, every diner gets bougatsa — a classic Greek treat made with vanilla semolina custard layered between phyllo, here served with Nutella and berries.

More info: $27 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Available from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Reservations suggested. skarataverna.com, 516-386-9686
