Muscle Maker Grill open, Sarku closed in East Meadow

In East Meadow, a new branch of Muscle Maker Grill has opened, replacing Sarku Asian Express, a food court-style eatery that didn’t make it through its first year.
Muscle Maker is part of a national healthy-eating chain with branches in Amityville, Long Beach, Merrick and Huntington Station. The menu is devoted to lean, protein-based foods, with calories provided for every menu item. To read about lunch at the Huntington Station locale, click here.
