New co-chef, snack menu at Rowdy Hall in East Hampton

Justin Finney, a veteran of Nick & Toni's, is now co-chef at Rowdy Hall in East Hampton. He joins chef Ed Lightcap, who has been at the bistro-pub hybrid for 12 years.
The restaurant also is introducing a new snack menu. The additions include chipotle-deviled eggs, steamed pork buns, smoked pork sliders, candied bacon with blue cheese dressing, crisp eggplant fries, grilled andouille sausage, butternut-squash pierogies, crab hush puppies, and house-pickled pickles.
Finney was sous chef at Nick & Toni's, the fine Italian restaurant and celebrity magnet in East Hampton. He also oversaw the restaurant's vegetable garden. Earlier, he was sous chef at The Meeting House in Amagansett.
