Almost outpacing the feverish cost of East End real estate is the 2015 restaurant boomlet in the Hamptons and on the North Fork. Come hungry. And check you credit line, too.

The cuisines include New American, Japanese, Chinese, French, Caribbean and Greek, from Riverhead to Greenport and Montauk.

Most of the expected openings have taken place; a few are later starters. But you have three months and sometimes more to savor what's cooking in the sunniest region of Long Island.
