Acacia, one of downtown Huntington's newer destinations, has expanded its lunch menu, which is offered Thursdays to Sundays.

Just added are main course salads such as seared, peppercorn-crusted tuna with soba noodles ($16); a Cobb salad ($12); and a Caesar salad with grilled chicken ($14).

New sandwich choices: grilled cheese with Brie, arugula, red onion, Granny Smith apple, and caramelized onion chutney on sourdough toast ($13); a tuna BLT, with yellowfin tuna, applewood-smoked bacon, tomato and spicy mayo on sourdough ($15); and grilled chicken with roasted peppers, smoked mozzarella and pesto on ciabatta ($14).

Sandwiches and salads also are available in half-portions at half-price.

Lunch entrees take in linguine with white clam sauce ($16; half-order, $8); a lobster omelet  ($15); a shrimp po'boy ($15); and oysters at market prices.

Acacia earned a two-and-a-half star rating in Newsday earlier this year. The restaurant becomes a night club Thursdays to Saturdays after 11 p.m.
