Here are restaurants with New Year’s Eve celebrations planned — some low-key, others high decibel — each with its own holiday menu.

NASSAU COUNTY

CARACARA MEXICAN GRILL
A four-course Mexican dinner starts at 9 p.m. with guacamole, followed by a choice of soup or an appetizer such as pork tamale, or seviche. Entree selections include lobster and steak enchiladas and salmon Manchamanteles. Finish with tres leches cake, skillet apple pie or coconut orange flan. $49.95. You’ll also find a DJ, dancing, party favors and a midnight Champagne toast.

KYMA
This modern Greek seafood restaurant will have a DJ and Champagne toast at midnight. A three-course meal, with main-course options such as lamb chops, moussaka and swordfish, will be followed by dessert platters and coffee. $95.

NICHOLAS JAMES BISTRO
A three-course dinner with live music and seatings between 5 and 10 p.m. is followed by noisemakers and hats at midnight. House salad, seafood Provencal, Caesar salad, crispy stuffed portobello, black-bean hummus; black bean crusted wild salmon filet, grilled hanger steak, onion crusted chicken breast, penne Marsala and veal Barolo. Finish with chocolate mousse cake, New York cheesecake or wild berry sorbet. $35.

THOM THOM STEAK & SEAFOOD
From 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., this steak, seafood and sushi restaurant is staging a gala buffet (rack of lamb, roast rib eye and sushi) with dancing, a DJ, open bar and Champagne toast $89.95.

VERONA
The party starts at 10 p.m., with a four-course meal whose highlights include an appetizer of artichoke ravioli followed by, a tre colori salad and such entree choices as branzino, veal chop Valdostana, crispy duck, sliced New York strip steak and pork osso buco. Finish with dessert and coffee. Included in the $78 tab is an open bar, a Champagne toast at midnight, party favors, noisemakers, a DJ and dancing.

JEWEL BY TOM SCHAUDEL
This splashy dining spot will have live music as well as a three-course dinner. Starting options include grilled local oysters or a market salad, followed by such choices as whole roasted branzino, roasted filet mignon or butter poached lobster. Finish with “Tom’s birthday cake,” pumpkin cheesecake or apple tart. Includes a glass of sparkling wine. $68 a person.

JONATHAN’S RISTORANTE
At this downtown Huntington spot, New Year’s Eve will be more low-key, with regular a la carte menu offered, along with a prosecco toast at midnight. Specials that night include oysters Rockefeller, spaghetti with lobster and a spicy San Marzano tomato sauce and a 6-ounce petit filet mignon.

MONSOON
The four-course dinner from the pan-Asian kitchen is served from 9 to 11 p.m., with choices such as duck salad, vegetable dumplings, pork puns, miso soup, house salad; seared sea scallops with ginger-coconut sauce, black pepper skirt steak, miso-glazed black cod, crystallized ginger cheesecake, tempura Oreos, house-made ice cream. $100. DJ and midnight toast.

Music and dancing will be the order from 11 p.m. to close at this waterfront restaurant whose buffet dinner goes from 9 to 11 p.m. and includes such choices as crabcakes, quesadillas, tuna tartare; king crab legs, marinated sirloin steak, paella and chicken cordon bleu. Midnight Champagne toast. $110.

VERACE
The contemporary Italian spot offers a four-course meal starting at 9 p.m., with choices such as cured meats and cheeses, cavatelli Bolognese, meatballs, linguine with white clam sauce, Caesar salad; lasagna, chicken Marsala, grilled branzino and filet mignon. For dessert, cannoli, Italian cheesecake or warm chocolate cake. $65. Champagne toast.
