Nothing Bundt Cakes opening in Levittown

Something sweet is in the oven in Levittown. Nothing Bundt Cakes will open in the Nassau Mall shopping plaza on Hempstead Turnpike on March 21.
The menu will include four sizes of Bundt cakes: 8-inch (from $44) and 10-inch (from $55), personal bundlets (from $7) and bite-sized bundtinis ($42 for a dozen). They also have a tiered cake option (from $90). Choose from flavors such as red velvet, chocolate chip and Dubai chocolate or banana pudding.
The 2,500-square-foot space will be operated by the franchisee Fresh Dining Concepts, which owns and operates more than 350 brand locations,, such as Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon and Carvel, nationwide.
Donna MacMillan, director of marketing and operations for Fresh Dining Concepts, said the brand "fits naturally" into the area. "The reason why we chose it is because it’s such a strong, family-oriented community within Long Island," MacMillan said, adding that Nothing Bundt Cakes is a go-to for family celebration cakes.
Nothing Bundt Cakes began in 1997 in Las Vegas. The first Long Island site opened in 2023 in Carle Place. Others include Valley Stream, Commack, and one planned for Plainview.
