Oakdale: New sushi chef, menu @ View

View, the waterfront restaurant in Oakdale, offers a new sushi menu from Friday to Sunday, from new sushi chef Dom Im.
Im comes to View from Surf's Out on Fire Island. His menu includes traditional and updated sushi dishes, with appetizers such as yellowtail with jalapeno and ponzu sauce, salmon tataki, and crunchy spicy tuna wrapped in avocado.
He also is making a series of specialty sushi rolls, such as the "rain out" with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, white tuna, cucumber and avocado topped with scallion, masago and spicy sauce; and "fish finder," with shrimp tempura and avocado capped with spicy tuna crunch, spicy mayonnaise and eel sauce.
