Oceanside: Brasserie Persil meal deals

Brasserie Persil in Oceanside is running some new promotions right now.

Eat at the French-Continental restaurant on a Monday night and you’ll get 20 percent off your tab.

On Tuesday and Wednesday evening, there’s a three-course $24.95 prix-fixe offered between 5 and 7:30 p.m. A typical meal might be ginger carrot soup followed by a grilled pork chop with Calvados sauce, apple bread pudding and spinach and, then, espresso crème brûlée.

Thursday and Friday, happy hour runs from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with a drink menu and bar specials.
