Open in Baldwin: Raagini, with Indian cuisine

New to Baldwin is Raagini, serving a menu of Northern Indian specialties. Chef-owner Ram Bisht said the small 30-seat place offers table service as well as takeout and local delivery.
On the menu are aloo tiki, or deep-fried potato patties ($6), tandoori quail ($9 appetizer; $14 main course), lamb biryani ($14), chicken tikka masala ($12) and a Goan fish curry ($16).
