Boccone Pizzeria Brick Oven Ristorante, new to Selden, is a pizzeria-trattoria equipped with both a regular and a wood-burning oven. From that oak-fired brick oven come thin-crusted 12-inch pies, among them a simple Margherita ($9.50) and a fancier seafood oreganata version ($13).
The place shares ownership with Filletto’s in East Northport and Spuntino in Dix Hills. On the dining room menu: Baked clams ($8.95), a tri-color salad ($7.95), shrimp fra diavolo ($15.50), meat lasagna ($11.50) and chicken pizzaiola ($15.95).
