Vincenza, a traditional Italian restaurant, arrived in Huntington Station last week, taking over a spot that has housed many eateries, including Pancho Villa's.

The fare at Vincenza includes specials such as steak alla pizzaiola and chicken scarpariello, as well as a familiar set of appetizers, soups and pastas. The ample pasta e fagioli is the tomato-tinted variety; rigatoni Bolognese, meaty and hearty. Cannoli and tiramisu are among the desserts. The restaurant expects its license to serve wine and spirits in the next week or two.

Vincenza is at 107 E. Jericho Tpke., on the north side and east of Route 110, Huntington Station; 631-923-1690.
