Order from an iPad at new Asian spot in East Northport

The only way to order at the new Zaza Japan Asian Bistro & Hibachi in East Northport involves using an iPad. In fact, at the moment, there are no printed menus — even for takeout — at the sideways-facing spot next to Barnes & Noble in the Huntington Square Mall Shopping Center.
From the outside, the place looks like a modest storefront. What I found when I opened the door was a sleek, contemporary spot, high-ceilinged and cavernous, with a separate dining room for hibachi theatrics. There are 10 hibachi tables.
Here are some of the dishes you’ll find as you scroll your way through the repertoire: beef negimaki ($7.95), a pepper tuna avocado roll ($4.95), chirashi ($16.95), sushi deluxe ($18.95). hibachi chicken ($17.95) and salmon teriyaki ($15.95).
