Panera's summer fling: lobster sandwich

You’ve got until Labor Day to get your claws into Panera Bread’s new lobster sandwich. At $16.99, it’s a lotta bread for a lotta bread — in this case, bulky ciabatta that overwhelms what I found to be a fine lobster salad – big hunks of sweet meat, no celery, a touch of mayo.
Unfortunately, the traditional hot dog bun isn’t an option here. The solution? Request that the center of your roll be scooped out. Or simply order the sandwich on toast.
