Pig roast at Horace & Sylvia's Publick House in Babylon

Horace & Sylvia’s Publick House in Babylon will stage a four-course pig roast dinner featuring Kona beers on Wednesday, Aug. 23 at 7 p.m.

The cost of the evening is $49.95 a person. The meal begins with yellowfin tuna carpaccio, followed by five-spice spam mac and cheese. A whole roasted pig with pickled radish salad is the centerpiece of the meal, which concludes with coconut panna cotta. Each course is paired with a different Kona beer.
