Plainview Diner has been in business now for 38 years. The seafood on the menu is caught fresh and cakes, pies and pastries are baked on the premise.

For breakfast, griddle specialties have optional toppings including blueberries, banana, apple slices, chocolate chips and walnuts. Lunch specials are available Monday-Friday. An Angus burger menu features a variety of burgers like the Reuben topped with sauerkraut, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese, the Mexican burger with salsa, guacamole and cheddar cheese and Cordon Bleu burger with ham and Swiss cheese.
