Pollos Mario, Brentwood: More than just chicken

A jolly yellow chicken in a red vest and a jaunty hat graces both the sign and the menu of Pollos Mario, a Colombian restaurant in Brentwood. Interestingly, the subtitle of the restaurant's name is ”Steak House & Seafood.”
Predictably, the rotisserie chicken ($8.25, whole chicken) is juicy and full of flavor with skin burnished a bright red. The surprise is the deliciousness of my friend’s tilapia in an herbal garlic sauce ($15.25).
Perhaps the restaurant should add to its logo a fish in a red vest and jaunty hat.
