A sandwich of chorizo- encrusted tilapia is a zesty surprise, the fiery coating pairing well with the mild fish. And Chhikara makes a great burger - crusty, smoky and so juicy. On the downside, fries are commercial and ordinary, as is the overly sweet chocolate cake.
