Port Jefferson: Alfresco splash @ WAVE

WAVE, the waterside restaurant at Danfords Hotel & Marina, has opened its outdoor deck for the season.

The harborside deck offers a full view of the marina area, The menu includes dishes such as steamed, broiled or crabmeat-stuffed lobster; Alaskan king crab legs; sesame-seed crusted ahi tuna with apricot sauce, kimchi, pickled ginger and wasabi; pan-seared salmon with roasted yellow corn and creamy shrimp hash; and spinach-and-tomato salad with white-truffle vinaigrette.

WAVE itself has views of Long Island Sound.
