St. Patrick’s Day will come two weeks early at Relish in Kings Park. That’s because this Saturday, the town will be staging its holiday parade. In conjunction with the festivities, Relish chef co-owner Stephen Cardello said he will be sectioning off the parking lot for step dancers and a bagpipe band. The performance will take place between 1:30 and 2 p.m., after the parade. For sale outdoors will be Guinness ale (with proof of age), green zeppole and Italian  — make that Irish — ices. Green, of course.

Inside the restaurant, Cardello will also be featuring a traditional Irish breakfast ($11.95) of black pudding, back bacon, bangers, beans, broiled tomatoes, toast and eggs from Raleigh Poultry Farms nearby.

Relish is at 2 Pulaski Rd., Kings Park, 631-292-2740.
