One Suffolk option is La Volpe Ristorante in Center Moriches, where the private “Red Room” can seat up to 30 guests.

The restaurant offers four-course menu packages at $32, $37 and $45, with main course choices that include, respectively, stuffed flounder Fiorentina, grilled Angus shell steak and Chilean sea bass.
