Rockin' Fish coming to Northport
The Northport storefront with papered windows gives no clue as to what may be inside. Now, the secret is out: A restaurant called Rockin' Fish — and it's fixing to hatch.
The place, which has been over two years in the making, will have an East Village vibe and a moderate price point, said chef-owner Rob Haddow, also the force behind Crossroads Cafe in East Northport. Featured dishes will include a “signature” rock shrimp burger, along with a roster of hand-cut french fries, fish and chips and, of course, a lobster roll. A beef burger, too. Haddow said the place has 16 taps for “a lot of cool beers” and will also serve wine.
While he's shooting for a late April opening, Haddow acknowledged that it could be later.
Rockin’ Fish will be at 155 Main St., Northport, no phone yet.
