What a week for John Durkin, chef-owner of Trattoria Diane. On Friday he gets a 3½ -star review from Newsday's Peter M. Gianotti. On Saturday night he has to close the restaurant because of a kitchen-exhaust malfunction. Happily, the problem has been fixed and Diane’s reopens tonight for dinner.
