Rugosa's off-season greetings

Rugosa in Wainscott starts offering steak dinners every Wednesday, beginning this week, with prices from $14.95.
For that price, you'll get flank steak. For $18.95, it's marinated flat iron steak. And the New York strip steak goes for $21.95, They're all accompanied by a potato gratin and seasonal vegetables.
Rugosa, a New American/Italian restaurant, earned a two-and-one-half star rating in Newsday in 2009.
