Blue Sky has given way to Page at 63 Main. And the new place is even sunnier.
The 1890s building, in tan and white, is a warm-weather magnet. Now, the style comes across equal parts Hamptonian as Sag Harborite. It's a good balance, from polished wood floor to tin ceiling, exposed brick to wainscoting. The eclectic food goes with the look.
You can sample a fine lobster roll and Asian steamed buns with braised pork belly at lunch; grilled hanger steak with garlic-potato puree and seared fluke filet with plantain puree at dinner. The beet salad and the sweet-pea ravioli also are easily recommended. Enjoy the tres leches cake with pineapple salsa.
