Phao, which brings some Asian spice to downtown Sag Harbor, has added a trio of dishes to its summer menu.

New: roti paratha, for an Indian spin. Here, it's a griddled flatbread with yellow curry-and-potato dip. Also, look for marinated and grilled pork spareribs with a teriyaki glaze for a hint of Japan; and crisp duck finished with a tamarind reduction and served atop sauteed bok choy.

Phao earned two stars in Newsday last summer. The current menu features cooking with Thai, Chinese and Korean accents, as well as Indian and Japanese. Choices include grilled beef in kimchee broth, seared diver sea scallops with hoisin and soy, and shrimp ceviche with lemongrass-and-cilantro salsa.

Phao is at 29 Main St., Sag Harbor; 631-725-0101.
