Sage Bistro Group does Bastille Day

Thursday, the Sage Bistro group will be celebrating Bastille Day at all its locations (Sage Bistro in Bellmore, Sage Bistro Moderne in Woodbury, Brasserie Persil in Oceanside and Aperitif Bistro Wine Bar in Rockville Centre).
For starters, each diner at any of the above restaurants gets a complimentary Kir royale (sparkling wine and crème de cassis) upon arrival. Also, French wines are half price when ordered with any of executive chef Julio Velasquez’s classic French specials, such as bouilliabaise, boeuf bourguignon, steak au poivre and coq au vin.
In Rockville Centre, Aperitif Bistro Wine Bar will offer a six-course tasting menu (at $60 a person) and also feature a DJ starting at 8 p.m.
