In the HBO series “The Sopranos,” the character Vito Spatafore got whacked in season 6. Fortunately, the actor who played him, Joseph R. Gannascoli, is alive and well — and coming to Satelite Pizza in Bayport tomorrow.
From 5 to 9 p.m., Gannascoli, who wrote the novel/cookbook “A Meal to Die For,” will be selling and signing copies of his book as well as doing a stint as guest chef.
Beforehand, from 1 to 5 p.m., the restaurant will offer free tastings from its catering repertoire.
