Seen Scene: Billy Joel's curriculum Vitae

Piano man-songster Billy Joel played knife and fork at the new Vitae in Huntington on Saturday. It was roast chicken and Caesar salad for him; a lobster cocktail and pan-seared scallops for girlfriend Alexis Roderick; and a wedge salad plus orecchiette with sausage and broccoli for daughter Alexa. The trio shared creme brulee, strawberry shortcake and molten lava cake. Billy and Alexis had a bottle of red, of course.
