Unpretentious, consistent neighborhood spot that offers all the standards but excels with gutsy southern Italian fare. The best of it: orange salad, stuffed artichoke, perciatelli pasta with sardines and fennel, eggplant Parmigiana, spaghetti and meatballs, pasta e fagioli, pasta piselli, beef braciola, tripe three ways, cannoli.
