Singapore replaced by Sushi Time 188 in Glen Cove

Some restaurants barely last long enough for the ink on their menus to dry. Singapore, a Malaysian, Chinese and Japanese restaurant that opened in July in Glen Cove, is already gone.
Replacing it is Sushi Time 188, a week-old Japanese eatery with an all-you-can eat policy.
For $19.95 on weekdays and $21.95 on weekends, you can check off what you want from a list of sushi bar and kitchen items. When you’ve finished, you can always order more, but there are no doggy bags allowed. The restaurant has a regular menu, as well.
