Singleton's Seafood Shack
A new branch of Singleton’s Seafood Shack at Cedar Beach in Mount Sinai is offering the same menu as the Tobay Beach original. If you’re not a Town of Brookhaven resident or a beach-goer, you can still get a restaurant parking pass when you enter the lot.
Here's info on the original Singleton's Seafood Shack
Singleton’s Seafood Shack at Tobay Beach is no longer single; it just got a new Mexican sibling next door. And it also spawned a near-twin in Suffolk County.
At Tobay, the new Singleton’s Salsa Shack offers outdoor dining at umbrella tables, some under the shelter of a wood pavilion. A waiting area/ lounge deck has couches and lounge chairs, adding to the resort ambience. On the menu: seviche, tacos, burritos, fajitas and mole poblano.
Here and at the original Singleton’s next door, there’s parking from 11 a.m. for the public; until this year, one had to be a Town of Oyster Bay resident to park at the restaurant before 4 p.m..
