Smithtown: Aji 53 open

Merely days old, Aji 53 in Smithtown is the northern offshoot of the highly popular Bay Shore original.
Owner Barry Huang said the Asian menu is about 80 percent the same as at Aji 53 in Bay Shore. Dishes include blue crab fajitas ($10), lobster carpaccio ($18) and grilled black cod with yuzu orange miso sauce ($23). The heart-shaped Valentine roll, a favorite in Bay Shore, also shows up ($14).
From the looks of the photo, above, I'd call the vibe hipster-chic.
