Southold: Bedell wines, NoFo Table food

This Friday, the four-star North Fork Table & Inn hosts a dinner featuring wines from Cutchogue's Bedell Cellars, one of Long Island's top producers.
Cost: $100 plus tax and tip for the three-course meal. Bedell winemaker Richard Olsen-Harbich will attend the dinner., which starts at 7:30 p.m.
Expect to start with an amuse-bouche matched with Bedell's 2006 Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine; a salad of warm mushrooms, baby arugula and frisee with the 2010 Taste Rose; pan-roasted Long Island duck with the 2009 Cabernet Franc. Dessert is a chocolate souffle tart, sent out with the 2007 Merlot Reserve.
