Taco Bell to give away free Doritos Locos tacos in ‘Steal a Taco’ promotion

Get your napkins ready for taco Tuesday (June 21), when Taco Bell will give away one free Doritos Locos taco per customer from 2 to 6 p.m.
The promotion is in honor of the first stolen win of the NBA championships on June 10, when the Golden State Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers on their home turf.
The promotion is a go despite the fact that the Cleveland Cavaliers, led by LeBron James, won their first championship in 52 years in Oakland, California, on Sunday. The giveaway is a co-brand promotion between Taco Bell, Frito-Lay Doritos and the NBA called “Steal a Taco,” and it’s at Taco Bell locations around the country, including all locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Stuffed with meat, lettuce and cheese, it’s worth $1.49.
