The Boat House

The Boat House occupies the waterfront site once home to Cucina Bay.

Chef Stephen Manchin formerly owned Steve's Riptide Inn in Freeport. His straightforward menu, which spotlights fish and steak, also offers such choices as a marinated steak salad with baby spinach and grilled Portobello mushrooms as well as a lobster wrap

To take in the sweeping water view and sunsets, there are 100 seats outdoors, as well as seating for 100 inside.

There is a 300-foot dock and no dockage fee.
