Peter Gianotti gives two stars to the new-and-improved Graffiti of Woodbury in today's Newsday, praising chef Steven Minson's butternut squash and apple soup, the "barely bound crab cake," roasted beet salad and the braised short rib with garlicky potatoes and vegetable fricassee. For dessert, he recommends apple crumble and creamy cheesecake.
