"Does it get any better than a potato knish that's split and stuffed with pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and roasted red pepper dressing before being grill-pressed?" Newsday's Joan Reminick asks in this week's review of Press 195, which she gives two-and-a-half stars. To find the answer, head to this Rockville Centre spot, which serves a variety of sandwiches along with irresistible Belgian fries.

Imperial Seoul in New Hyde Park gets two stars from Peter M. Gianotti in today's Newsday. It's the place for Korean fare in either Nassau or Suffolk, he writes, and it serves sushi. The top choices for tabletop cooking include well-marbled short ribs and brisket, and "fired up" casseroles are a fine match for the usual seasonal malady.
