Centro Cucina in Greenvale gets two stars from Peter M. Gianotti in today's Newsday. A "hardworking eatery," Centro Cucina excels with "excellent pizzas," including a four-cheese number and one with fried eggplant and ricotta salata, and an array of well-prepared seafood dishes.
Newsday's Joan Reminick gives two stars to Sen Asian Bistro, where she was served a "real showstopper": the chef's "gingery, delectable grilled Chilean sea bass presented in three porcelain spoons." The Levittown restaurant also serves sushi and Thai-inspired dishes.
