Toast & Tapas closes in Syosset

Toast & Tapas brought to Syosset an unconventional mix: pancakes and omelets in the morning, sandwiches and salads at lunch, and for dinner, a roster of small plates. The place is now closed.
It was situated in a building that had been born a Friendly’s but had since housed a diverse assortment of occupants, among them 516 Americana, 516, Moules et Frites, Ohana Luau, Umi, Asia Palace, Pulau, Penang, Royal Ruby and, going way back, Fu Ho.
