Tony's Asian Fusion comes to Mattituck

Tony’s Fusion North, newly hatched in Mattituck, is the latest offspring of a highly reproductive restaurant group that's owned by two guys named Tony.

Tony Liu (owner of Tony’s Sushi II in East Moriches) was born in China, and Tony Asta is of Italian descent. Together, they’ve built a mini empire around sushi, pad Thai and General Tso’s chicken. So far, there's  Tony's  Asian Fusion in East Quogue, Tony’s Fusion West in Westhampton Beach, Tony’s Asian Express in Hampton Bays and even Tony’s Sushi in the Trump International at Miami Beach.

The menu at the new Mattituck restaurant is similar (but not identical) to the other Long Island locations. Which means Chinese, Japanese and Thai favorites.
