Tsubo in Syosset is closed for renovation

If you're addicted to the sashimi or spider rolls at the Syosset Japanese restaurant Tsubo, you'll need a Plan B — at least for now. The place is currently closed.

According to the recording I got when I dialed the number, Tsubo will reopen shortly following renovations. No answers as to whether it will still have the same name, chef or menu.
