Tulip Caterers in Franklin Square and Zorn's in Bethpage offer Super Bowl deals

If you’re looking for a big bowl of red for your Super Bowl party, Tulip Caterers has you covered. The 33-year-old Franklin Square deli is selling five-pound bowls of hearty beef-kidney-bean chili with a bag of Tostitos Scoops and your choice of two toppings (scallions, jalapenos, shredded Cheddar or sour cream). The chili comes in an oven-safe aluminum pan, serves 10 to 15 people and sells for $49.95. Orders are due by Friday, Feb. 1, and you can pick up your chili on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
While you’re at Tulip, pick up a tub of homemade coleslaw or potato salad. Both are excellent.

On the wing front, Zorn’s of Bethpage, Long Island’s most chicken-y takeout spot, will be making more than 10,000 chicken wings for Super Bowl and selling them in a variety of packages: Party Wings includes 12 wings (seasoned with either barbecue, sweet & spicy, Buffalo hot, teriyaki or garlic-Parmesan) for $9.98 or 24 wings (Southern fried or sesame-coated) for $21.09; Grab and Go Wings (24 Buffalo hot wings, plus carrots, celery and blue cheese) is $24.99; chicken wing dinner (8 wings with your choice of sauce plus two side dishes) is $13.09. Pick your wings up on Sunday and meet two-time Super Bowl Champion New York Giants kicker/punter Sean Landeta. Landeta will appear at Zorn’s of Bethpage from 2 to 4 p.m. on Feb. 3 to sign free autographs and pose for pictures.
