It will be Turkish tea time at the Turkish Cultural Center in Deer Park this Saturday, March 23, at 5 p.m. Along with the tea, try some Turkish dishes, too. It all comes with a talk about the history of Turkey, as well as of its tea. There is no charge.
Starting Saturday, April 13, the center will be offering Mediterranean and Turkish cooking classes at $20 a class, which will also be held April 27, May 11, May 25 and June 8. Call to reserve or, for more information, click here.
