Vines & Branches opening in Westhampton Beach

Three months after Rita Winkler opened her Greenport oil-and-vinegar emporium, a second location is set to open on Friday in Westhampton Beach.
Both Vines & Branches sell dozens of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. There are straight extra-virgin oils, from all over the olive-growing world, as well as oils infused with flavors ranging from wild mushrooms to blood oranges. Many of the vinegars are also flavored. All oils and vinegars are displayed in little stainless-steel vats with spigots. Pour yourself as many tastes as you like, then decant your liquid of choice into a 60-ml, 200-ml, 375-ml or 750-ml bottle. Prices for most oils and vinegars ranges between $18-$20 for a 375-ml bottle, about 12.7 ounces.
Vines & Branches also sells salts, spices and oil-based skin-care products. A cafe serves sandwiches, soups and salads, which highlight the store’s wares.
This Friday, from 4 to 7 p.m., there will be a grand-opening reception featuring Lieb Cellars wines and passed hors d'oeuvre.
