Rugosa, the stylish and flavorful Hamptonian, turns Valentine's weekend into a mix-and-match event.
The summery-turned-wintery restaurant is offering a "you and me are we" menu from Feb. 11 to Feb. 14, encouraging combining courses to create new ones. For example: the filet mignon with potato terrine plated alongside the butter-poached lobster with root vegetables for a haute surf-and-turf; or the seared tuna and tomato compote with the frisee salad with mango, daikon and ginger.
Desserts include red-wine sorbet, chocolate-hazelnut-and-honey mousse and cherry cheesecake lollipops.
Cost is $100 per couple. Reservations recommended.
