Muse Restaurant & Aquatic Lounge, one of the Hamptons' creative eateries, invites you to some creating of your own.
The New American restaurant now offers a three-course, $24.95 fixed-price menu in which you select each course. It's available Thursday to Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. through Memorial Day week. The choices are from chef Matthew Guiffrida's regular menu.
Among the top dishes: chicken potpie with chicken confit, "not ya Mama's meatloaf" and "breakfast 4 supper," which includes black pepper-and-Parmesan French toast and chipotle-pepper maple syrup, with sweet potato-corned beef hash, a poached egg, Bearnaise sauce and thick, house-made bacon.
