The whole place is surrounded by dining decks and total seating capacity is more than 330. In the kitchen, Sbarro installed Gregg Lauletta, a veteran fine-dining chef on LI, whose menu preserves some old favorites (lobster roll, fish and chips, burger) while upgrading the selection of prime steaks and refined seafood preparations.</p>
